They founded wu personal GmbH in 2017. They are following their firm belief that temporary work needs fair and transparent conditions. They developed a transparent pricing model with tecops personal GmbH back in 2006 in the form of an interactive calculator, which they published on their website. True to their vision – “We don’t just talk about transparency, we live it!” – they laid open the entire calculation, setting a milestone in the German temporary employment sector.

Reiner Pientka and Ludwig Hank are resolutely pursuing their vision of transparent and fair temporary employment with wu personal GmbH. WU cooperates with IT service providers and system houses at four locations around the country and guarantees that it does not acquire any projects from its clients. The name Wu is a tribute to the Chinese heritage of Reiner Pientka, who was born in Bavaria. Wu, his Chinese surname, is an excellent match for the multicultural and family-oriented company.
