Some web pages use so-called cookies. Cookies do not cause any harm to your computer and contain no viruses. Cookies help us to enhance your user experience and to make our offering more effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are saved to your computer and stored in your browser.

Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies”. They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies will be stored on your device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognise your browser the next time you visit our site.

You can configure your browser in such a way that you are informed when cookies are set, and you are able to choose whether to accept them in each individual case only, or whether to reject cookies in specific cases or generally, as well as choose to delete cookies when you close your browser. The functionality of our website may be restricted if you choose to deactivate cookies.

Cookies that are required to perform the process of electronic communication or to provide specific functions that you request (e.g. the shopping cart function) are stored on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing cookies to ensure the technically sound and optimised provision of its services. Any other cookies (e.g. cookies used to analyse your surfing behaviour) that are stored are listed separately in this data privacy policy.

Borlabs Cookie

This website uses Borlabs Cookie, which sets a technically necessary cookie (borlabs-cookie) to store your cookie consent. Borlabs cookie does not process any personal data.

The borlabs-cookie stores the consent you gave when you entered the website. If you wish to revoke these consents, simply delete the cookie in your browser. When you re-enter/reload the website, you will be asked again for your cookie consent.

Hosting

We host the contents of our website with the following provider: Hetzner

Insofar as a consent has been requested, the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO and § 25 para. 1 TTDSG, insofar as the consent allows the storage of cookies or the access to information in the user’s terminal device (e.g. device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the TTDSG. includes. The consent can be revoked at any time.

The provider of the website automatically collects and stores data in so-called server log files that your browser automatically transfers to us. These are:

Browser type and browser version
Operating system used

These data are not combined with data from other sources.
The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the performance of a contract or for entering into a contract.

Contact form

If you use our contact form to request information, we will store the details from the request form, including the contact details you provide there, to process the request and to answer any follow-up queries. We will not pass these data on without your consent.
The processing of the data entered in the contact form is therefore based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can withdraw this consent at any time. It is sufficient to send us an informal e-mail for this purpose. The lawfulness of the data processing operations carried out until the withdrawal will remain unaffected by the withdrawal.

We will retain the data you enter in the contact form until you request us to delete it, withdraw your consent to store it or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after we have completed processing your enquiry). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

We store and process your personal data for this purpose insofar as and as long as this is necessary for us to provide our services. This concerns your last name, your first name, your contact details and your complete address at a minimum. Data storage:
Your applicant profile will be stored in our applicant pool. This will also occur when you submit your application for a specific position and actively confirm admission to the applicant pool in the system. Your consent to data processing and to these terms of use constitutes your permission for us to consider you for the advertised position and to inform you about other current vacancies at wu personal GmbH.
