WU PERSONAL: PIONEERS OF TRANSPARENCY
Wu personal GmbH was founded in 2017 by Reiner Pientka and Ludwig Hank. Reiner Pientka was the shareholder and Ludwig Hank the managing director of the former tecops personal GmbH. As early as 2006, they had introduced an innovative pricing model with an interactive calculator that disclosed to both applicants and clients how much remains with the personnel service provider.
This transparent pricing model is continued at WU, with the company generally operating with 20% service costs. At the beginning of 2024, Remo Pientka took over as managing director and continues to lead the company in the spirit of the founders. He is supported by an experienced advisory board consisting of Reiner Pientka and Richard Schlauri.
The values and the name WU remain, honoring the Chinese roots of Bavaria-born Reiner Pientka and emphasizing the multicultural character and family-oriented nature of the company.
